Old Queen Creek Tunnel and Hwy 60

Brian delivered some custom work to Top of the World
so Jared and went to see the house and on our way home
we stopped at the Queen Creek Tunnel east of
Superior and we always wanted to see the old tunnel.

We walked down to the east side of the old tunnel
not knowing what to expected.

It was an pretty cool tunnel so we started through it

We are about half way through and can see the light at the end of the tunnel

Looking back at what we just went through.
It must have been a big job to build this tunnel all
those years ago.

Can you imagine driving a model A through this tunnel?

We decided to walked the old highway down to Superior

This bridge looks amazingly big from underneath

We were amazed and wondered how they built this bridge
and grateful to travel to Globe relatively easy today.

We loved looking at the old bridges and to see a piece of history
We had an enjoyable walk and highly recommend it.

Fiddlin Around

When all the kids were here for Thanksgiving they
all got their instruments out and had fun playing together again.

James was being silly and having fun with the bass

James was riding his bass and playing with John and Bridget

John and Bridget love to play together

Bridget and Larissa sing awesome

Brooke had to bring a little bit of her Texan fiddlin

Even the grandkids got involved.
Weston was clappin, Jayla was singin and Brogan was dancin.
